  3. Rolls Side

  5. Rolls Forward
  6. Zigzags Left
  7. Zigzags Right
  8. Zigzags Alternate

Toe-Taps lightly jog on ball 50 times (stationary ball) by just lightly glancing it with the ball of each foot in turn. Try to look up as much as possible.
