    Inside-Outside roll ball inside and across body with ball of foot (at least two rolls), keep the ball behind you at all times, slow ball to a virtual stop with outside of same foot, use quick feet to move to the other side of the ball and repeat with other foot in opposite direction. Work along same imaginary 5 yd line. 3 sets each direction.
