    Stand directly over the ball and begin by pushing the ball laterally from foot to foot using the inside of the big toes. Keep knees relaxed and slightly flexed and allow your arms to help provide balance. Start slow and increase speed as you develop the technique and rhythm. Try doing this without looking at the ball.Foundations tap ball between feet 50 times. Try to look up as much as possible. Pull ball back using ball of foot, open up hips and touch away with instep of same foot to form a V using other leg as pivot; repeat for other foot. Make sure there is a small step between touches. 5 sets each direction
